Refund policy
Except for initial defects, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. If you encounter any defects, please contact us at info@cold-is.com for further instructions within one week of receiving the products.
Please note that returned products must be in their original state and condition. If the product is not returned in its original state and condition, the refund privilege will be voided. We will inspect the product upon arrival, which will take approximately three days. Once the inspection is complete, we will promptly process the refund. However, the time required for the refund to be reflected may vary depending on the payment method. Shipping and handling costs will be refunded only when there is a fault or error on our part.
